The Landmark Hotel - Extension

Scope : Concept Design, Feasibility studies and Financing options
The project aims to provide an extension that compliments the existing building. yet have its own unique style, shaping a piece Timeless architecture with three option:
Option 1: 3,100 sqm Localized expansion of the events section
Option 2: 7,200 sqm Expansion to create the Landmark Avenue [Event Center] with its own separate entrance
Option 3: 9,000 sqm Expansion for the hotel reception spaces and events sections
The extension provides the following:
Introduce a separate entrance for the events functions with the additional circulation elements.
Introduce additional Grand Halls and renovation of the existing 2 Halls at the first-floor level.
Provide a conference center with supporting break-out rooms.
Introduce a new grand stair leading to the Royal Hall.
Provide an alternative location for the GYM and Pool on the roof terrace.
Provide additional services for the Halls.
Provide an alternative location for the staff offices at the mezzanine with related services.
Provide a terrace at the Second-floor level with related services.
Provide a solution for the cars accessibility / maneuvering within the Hotel’s premises.
