Shwaikh Mall is a wide and diversified commercial center in Aqaba. The project is considered the biggest shopping center in Aqaba city, and offers a variety of stores that gather everything the visitor needs. It provides many services such as banks and ATMs and there are a lot of shops for clothes, perfumes, souvenirs, shoes, cosmetics, electronic gadgets, all kinds of household necessities and many other products and goods at competitive prices.
The 40,000 m2 project is A built on a 15,000 sqm site in the city centre of Aqaba with four large gates that lead to four main streets, the cost of project is an approximate 12 million JD.
A multi-function complex housing more than 100 retail stores, restaurants & the largest mega market in Aqaba, Jordan the design utilized the slope of the site to maximize the retail spaces in smooth transition between the levels and providing multiple entrances at each level for a better customer experience and ease of circulation throughout the site.
