Phase 1: Redesign the exterior image for a 13 story 4 stars hotel under construction.

Phase 2: Rehabilitation of a 4 stars hotel (19000 square meter area) under construction stage & upgrading it to be a 5 stars hotel of 27000 square meter area containing 181 rooms with all needed facilities and services.
